Looks like a fun night. Cute pictures. It’s fun to see your folks and Tim’s folks.
SMELL MY FEET & NO ONE GETS HURT!

Here the kids are getting ready to head out while I finish a few things that have to be done before we leave… remember we don’t normally do this so I was in a bit of a rush (LOL) to get somethings done that I had to do by certain times tonight.
Nathan dressed up as a football player. He likes to go around saying “da bears” these days. He and Josh play some pretty rough games of football so it’s a good thing he wears pads and a helmet.

Both sets of grandparents did a great job of pretending to be surprised. We called ahead to warn them that we were coming since we don’t normally go out trick or treating and one set of grandparents doesn’t usually get any trick or treaters so they need a warning! They gave $$ so EVERYONE wanted to go there first!

Then on the next grandparent’s house.
Josh dressed in black and wore a mask that he made in art class. He didn’t go out trick or treating with the other kids.
He stayed at grandma and grandpa’s house to pass out candy.
No one gets hurt wasn’t exactly the case today… since there isn’t anywhere else to put these two pictures, I’ll include them here since it is funny that Nathan said NO ONE GETS HURT during his trick or treat line. Emily scraped her cheek pretty good today while riding the 4-wheeler. She came in crying and holding the side of her face and all I could see was blood running down her hand. Fortunately, it doesn’t look deep.
And, Amanda has a fat lip but I didn’t quite catch how that happened.
Tim and I stayed in the car while Amanda & Emily took Nathan around to all of the houses. We kept the car seats warm for them!
Emily is wearing the new pink scarf and gloves that she bought the other day with her babysitting $$. Here she is tasting the popcorn balls that Grandma Jean made today.
Oh boy.. this is just what we need – lol. We’ll have to hide most of Nathan’s candy and dish it out sparingly.
After we got home the kids and Tim all sat on the floor and divided out their candy while I put dinner on the table. Josh didn’t have any candy since he didn’t go with us, but all of the other kids gave him some! He said he may have to go out with us next year (LOL)!
