PROJECT 365 INTRO

http://www.photojojo.com/content/tutorials/project-365-take-a-photo-a-day/One of my cyberfriends sent me information on Project 365. It looked like a lot of fun so I decided to sign up for it. Click on link above to read all of the information, but basically you take a photo a day.

I signed up for several reasons. One. The project is supposed to help make you a better photographer. We’ll see (LOL). Two. I decided that it would be fun to take pictures about me since I rarely talk about me or take photos of things which are representative of me. Most of my time is spent documenting the family. So, the project is a bit “selfish” on my part. But, I’ve been wanting to do an album of things about me for quite a long time. Until I get around to that this will suffice.

I will be starting to post the pictures this weekend. I’m a bit behind because I wasn’t able to upload pictures to blogger for about 2 weeks. I’m finally starting to get caught up. Watch for pictures to follow throughout this weekend. They will all be marked PROJECT 365 in my blog so they’ll be easy to find. I might also post daily pictures in the sidebar under the Project 365 icon so those who ONLY want to see the Project 365 pictures won’t have to search my blog looking for the daily picture.

Speaking of the icon. If you want to view other Project 365 blogs you can click next on that icon. Everyone in the blog belongs to part of the Support4HomeSchool loop that I belong to. We’ve invited nonSHS friends to join us as well so if this looks like something you’d like to do then let me know.

I am looking forward to posting a picture a day for the entire year. I hope you enjoy the journey as well.

DOUBLE OVEN

Cleaning the oven doors has been on my to-do list for quite some time!  Over the weekend, I searched Pinterest and other kitchen cleaning sites to try to find the best way to clean the film off from the inside of the glass. Ordinarily, this film would probably disappear during …

INDOOR BASKETBALL

These boys love to play basketball.  For quite some time, they’ve been talking about how they need another hoop so they can have a full court!  The one you can’t see is mounted above the entryway into this room directly opposite this standing hoop.   They talked about putting up …

Today Nathan went to work with Grandpa.  He packed his own lunch/snack and water bottle, grabbed his coat, and away he went.  He had quite the story to tell when he arrived back home because they evidently got the truck stuck!
