MY REFRIGERATOR – DAY 10 of PROJECT 365

Life
3

You can stop by any day of the week and my refrigerator will pretty much look the same as any other day. Years ago someone stopped by unannounced with a surprise dinner for us. We went to the fridge and put things away and she commented on how clean my fridge was (LOL). I guess it never crossed my mind that one wouldn’t clean it out EVERY time they buy groceries. Basically, our refrigerator is cleaned a shelf at a time several times a week. On the days that we buy fruit/veggies the drawers are cleaned. When we buy milk/eggs, those shelves are cleaned. When we buy lunchmeat and cheese, that drawer is cleaned. You can the picture. I don’t necessarily clean the entire thing all at one time, but several shelves or drawers are cleaned each week. I have the refrigerator upkeep handled…. just don’t ask about other parts of my house (LOL).

Wow! Great idea about cleaning it one shelf or drawer at a time. That would sure beat doing it all at once like I usually do it.

Oh so THAT’S What you are supposed to do!

Not just wait until you can’t peel the cartons off the orangejuice-sticky shelf!

LOL!

Dorothy,
Well… it’s just the way *I* do it… I’m sure there’s no exact “right” way (LOL). I just find it easier to keep up when I only do a shelf or two at a time.

Emily,
it hardly seems like a project at all when you don’t have the whole thing waiting to be done.

DOUBLE OVEN

Cleaning the oven doors has been on my to-do list for quite some time!  Over the weekend, I searched Pinterest and other kitchen cleaning sites to try to find the best way to clean the film off from the inside of the glass. Ordinarily, this film would probably disappear during …
