A while ago I posted about our new bedroom set. If you’re wondering why we have a new bedroom set and my parents have our old bedroom set you’ll have to go back and read this blog entry regarding our
master bedroom. (LOL).
Rather than having to take several trips down to my folks house, we decided to load up all of our vehicles. We have more vehicles than licensed drivers……. but who’s keeping track?

We also had things loaded onto the trailer. Here is Zach, Josh’s cousin whom you’ve seen mentioned numerous times here on our blog…. and Nathan… I’mnot sure why Nathan was crying.

I’m not going to take time to go back and put these pictures all in the right order… sorry… before we loaded everything onto the trailer we had to get it down the stairs. That was no easy job and Nathan kept telling us it wasn’t going to work.

But, eventually we got everything around the tight corner at the top of the stairs.

Here are pictures of our bedroom set in its new home at my mom and dad’s house. Click on the link above if you want to see how it looked when it was in our home. Funny how the same furniture can take on a different look when put with a different style decor.

Kristine, this wall hanging reminds me of the hanging you have although I realize it’s not the same… it still reminds me of yours.

Here are the new lights and wall sconces they just hung up.

WALKING ON THE BED QUESTIONS ANSWERED!!
Here is just a corner of my mom and dad’s bed. They are using our head/footboard since their bed is a king size and ours was only a queen size. Anyway. Several people have emailed me wondering about the purpose of the boys walking on their new bed (LOL)! I called my mom to ask her. Then, she got worried thinking perhaps the salesman had been pulling her leg or something and maybe she really SHOULDN’T have had the boys walking on her bed (LOL)! So, she called them back to confirm and yep… the boys were supposed to walk on the bed for 30 minutes. I’m assuming this is only for certain bed types and not all types. No one ever told us to have anyone walk on the new mattress we just bought (LOL)!
They bought a Temperpedic (I have no idea how to spell that and not enough time to go search for it on the internet). Supposedly, you need to walk on it to loosen up the fibers creating an even distribution of the fibers before sleeping on it. So.. there you have the answer.
