MEATBALL "SNACK"

This summer has been so busy I haven’t had much time to spend in the kitchen.   The one day I decided to spend a few hours cooking some freezer meatballs, this is what I came back to after letting them cool.   This was mid afternoon!   I won’t name any names, but “they” had already eaten lunch and a full dinner was waiting for them in the oven!  
Note to self:  When making freezer meatballs, make them when no one is home to eat them before they even get into the freezer!   Of course, the flip side is it would have taken me forever to make them without help!  So maybe it all evens out in the end 🙂
