Continuing in the same style as the first book, this book has short little snippets of storylines in each chapter. I always enjoy the 2nd book in a series because I don’t have to try to figure out who the characters are. The first book left off with Father Tim heading out on a trip to Sligo. This 2nd book picks up upon his return from that trip.

This book, A Light in the Window is the journey Father Tim takes getting to know his neighbor next door wearing a path through the hedge to her house next door. The lives of the characters from the first book continue walking us through theie daily trials and triumphs. At the end of the book there is a proposal….

I really should write these reviews right after I read the books so I can add a few more details…maybe next time!
