LEGO ADVENT CALENDAR

Holiday
3

Last year Josh and Emily really enjoyed working on the Lego Advent calendar that we purchased. So, we decided to get another one this year. For some reason, Emily isn’t working on this one and so far Josh has been glad that Nathan hasn’t found it (LOL)! This year’s Lego Advent calendar is an airport theme.

He’s 9… 8 last year when we did it and I think he would have enjoyed it at even 7. We used to do a string of chocolate kisses under a sign that said 24 days until “Kissmas” and each day they took one candy off. They all seemed to figure that out pretty well since we always took the candy off at the same time each day and even little ones Nathan’s age can get into that type of routine… of course, at that age they will still ask 100 times a day how long it is until bedtime and morning >VBG> so they can have candy the next day.

Oh my goodness – my son Landon would LOVE this. He is a LEGO fanatic. In fact, most of the items he wants for Christmas are LEGO sets. I need to look for this – he would LOVE it!

Tonight’s game against Skyview was quite intense right up until the very last second!  Each team was back and forth all night taking the lead and slipping behind by a few.  The last minute continued in this same way.  In the last 8 seconds we were behind by 1 point …
