Josh is also enjoying his time at the various beaches. At one beach, he decided to be the one covered in sand. So, everyone set to work covering him up to his head. I had to stop Nathan from covering up his head though. He started to put sand all around his mouth/nose area!

We’ve all had a lot of fun digging and playing in the sand. I think I mentioned in an earlier vacation post that last year everyone said they wanted more beach time so that’s what they’re getting on this vacation. We have spent some time at the beach every day and most days we’ve spent 3-4 hours there!

The people who own the condo we are renting must have kids because they have several different types of water toys here for us to use and enjoy. One of them is a boogie board. Josh has had a lot of fun trying it out.

He said it’s kind of hard to ride a wave with it, but it’s still been fun to try.

Or you can just use it like a kickboard (LOL)!

So far our favorite beach is Poipu. We’ve found ourselves there a couple of times now.

These are great photos of Josh. I miss the beach terribly. My family is dreaming of mountains and I’m dreaming of the ocean. LOL

I’ll have to read backwards and see where in Hawaii you are and how you found this condo to rent.

I like the looks of this vacation very much. LOL

It certainly looks like you are all enjoying your down time & vacation. Yeah! The beaches look great! And the kids look like they are having a great time. I love all the different sand pictures! 😉 So jealous I'm still in a cold climate though! LOL ENJOY!

MUSEE RODIN

One of the many things on my Paris “hope to see” list was the Musee Rodin.  Because we had a mile-long list of things to see today and because I was the only one with this on their must-see list, we opted to make this a very quick stop (as in probably only …

BIKING THROUGH PARIS

If I don’t already sound like a broken record when I say I researched all of the xyz options for abc before we booked our trip (or chose this crockpot or picked that curriculum, etc), just stick around awhile and I’m sure you’ll eventually come to that conclusion (LOL) since …

A.M. VISIT TO EIFFEL TOWER

I’m sure everyone would have preferred to sleep in a little longer today (9/26), but again, trying to avoid jet lag I scheduled us to be up and out of the hotel by 7:00 a.m. I actually wanted to leave at 6:30 but Michaela thought that was way too early …
