FORGET ME NOT – DAY 2 of PROJECT 365

This is the cover on one of my photo albums. It is displayed in my scrapbooking room. You might wonder why I chose this album cover as my picture today. There are many things I LOVE about this album.

*The title – Forget Me Not – summarizes why I scrapbook.

*It is a limited edition Alzheimer’s fundraiser Creative Memories album. I have two dear friends who each have a parent (one a mom-in-law and one a dad) afflicted with the disease. It’s a visual reminder for me to pray for them each day.

*It was a 5th anniversary gift from the SHS loop that my friend, DeEtta, and I started several years ago. One of our loopy friends organized the effort (THANK YOU LIZ) to have our SHS friends send photos and notes to her which she assembled into this album. I LOVE IT! An album of “close” friends many of whom I’ve never met in person… yet….

Oh that was such fun to do.

We couldn’t wait for you guys to open them and then you treated your package like a bomb! Hysterical!
