You Mom looks fabulous! Good to see your parents doing something they love….I’m wondering if I could find some of those little scrubby shoes by Saturday. LOL
My parents hosted the annual Train Club Christmas Party at their house this year. She had her friends, Bonnie and Jerry, come to help as well as all of us. It was a potluck style dinner which they had after a short club meeting. After the meeting and dinner, everyone adjourned to the garage to look at all of my dad’s train stuff. Here are my mom and dad:

Josh at the controls in the house train room.

They had people eating everywhere – in the kitchen and dining room as well as extra tables set up in the train room and around the kitchen.

some time to relax while everyone else was out in the train room. Nathan took this picture as evidenced by the feet in the foreground (LOL).

I spent a considerable amount of time in the office doing bookwork. Nathan snapped at least 20 pictures, but I couldn’t use them because there are too many things I would have to block from the pictures and I don’t have time to do that… but here is one picture of our pile of papers.
and here is another one I am obligated to post or my family will refuse to let me post any more funny pictures of them. I had finished an entire stack of stuff to mail and set them on the back of this couch. They fell off and I was worried that I may have missed some that may have slid under the couch. So, I was checking and they thought this would be a funny picture for me to put on the blog. So, here it is…. sigh….
Mom had a bunch of these scrubs that you put over your shoes so people wouldn’t have to worry about taking their shoes off. I think I need to get a box of these! Ours are almost all gone.
After the party was over Nathan helped gather them all up….
He and Josh went around blowing out all of the candles.
Josh decided he had had enough pictures taken for today.
Mom and her friend. Bonnie. It was a GREAT party! I’m sure my mom would want to say THANKS BONNIE for coming out to help.
