Last year I decided that my Holiday Baking was going to be cheesecakes instead of cookies and other things. My mil gave me little mini cheesecake tins for my birthday and I’ve had a LOT of fun making and decorating all of these little bite sized cheesecakes. I took them to church for Christmas Eve for the worship team and Pastors, to our small group gathering, and to friends/neighbors during the holidays. This spring I made 300 for an event at our church. I make all of the crusts from scratch – various cookie and crust recipes and then each kind is decorated with a different topping. They are SO YUMMY! They are almost too pretty to eat!





They are SO GOOD! I think I had about a dozen different kinds for the event where I finally remembered to take a few pictures. I can’t even name my favorite because there are so many!

Those are almost too pretty to eat! I need to get more creative in my baking with fall rolling around again.

I have decided to try firefox as I think you had mentioned on SHS and I LOVE it. Much easier to uplaod pictures to blogger and I get a cat themed tool bar, LOL.
