We are so thankful to have a nice warm fire to cozy up to in the living room.
Since we haven’t used our wood splitter in a good ten years, Tim had to split this pile the old fashioned way. He split enough wood today to last us through the next winter weather event which seems to be headed our way early this week.
Tim and a friend of ours went up in the mountains to cut a few loads of wood. They picked a good day! It was mid 40’s today up from the well below freezing weather we’ve had the last few weeks.
