Today Nathan fell from a 4′ something at co-op which he had climbed up on to make himself taller so he could “dunk the basketball.”  The kids who saw the incident reported he tried to hold on with one hand before falling to the cement floor landing on his face.  …

Today marks the celebration of the Chinese New Year.  One of the families in our homeschool co-op adopted two girls from China.  In our opening session last week, they shared information about the celebration and brought the above Chinese dragon to show all of us.

Nathan enjoying a fun evening celebrating his friend’s birthday at an indoor water park last weekend.  While we were digging out the swim wear, we were wishing we were going somewhere warm on our upcoming vacation.  We won’t be needing any swimsuits where we’re headed….
