CANDIED SWEET POTATOES

This is one of our traditional Thanksgiving dishes. It’s SO EASY to make and it’s VERY YUMMY!

- 8 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup marshmallows
Boil sweet potatoes in a large pan of water. Peel. Slice into chunks. Put in a baking pan.
Melt butter, brown sugar, and salt. Pour over sweet potatoes.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over the top and return to oven until they are soft and golden brown.
