This ship had two main outdoor type activity things… The Rockwall and the Bungee Trampoline. None of the kids did the Rockwall this time, but Josh did the Bungee Trampoline a few times. Above was his first time getting a look out at the open water from aways up and off the ship deck!

Below he’s getting all hoooked up…. this gal had THE SWEETEST accent. She was from South Africa. I loved to listen to her talk.

She let Josh bounce around a little bit before she encouraged him to get a little more serious and adventuresome with his jumping…. here he’s just getting a feel for the trampoline.

After a couple of bounces up and down she walked him through a backflip pretty close to the trampoline.

Then, below, she sent him sailing into the air… when he started to come down she would pull on him to put some extra force into the jump that would send him back up in the air again. She holds this little control things that somehow adjusts the cords and tightens them up for the “bungee” effect.
and as you can see.. he’s quite aways up there this time….
notice her arm in the lower part of the above picture. She’s ready to give an extra push to this jump as well and he goes up even higher after the next bounce.

He had a LOT of fun! It’s a lot harder than it looks! I gave it a try, but don’t look too closely at these pictures (LOL)… I’m only posting a couple to show that I was a good sport and gave it a try! I’m usually up for anyting *one* time!

I didn’t try a backflip though.. I was dizzy just from the jumping part (LOL).
