Have any of you seen Cindy Woodsmall being interviewed on TV recently regarding her Sisters of the Quilt series? Below, I’ve included links to the reviews I recently wrote regarding each of the books in this series.
Here is some information I received from Waterbrook Press about the current interest in Cindy Woodsmall’s books.
Amish Love What’s all the hubbub about Amish fiction? Major media outlets like Time and ABC Nightline are covering it, and authors like Cindy Woodsmall are making the New York Times bestseller list regularly. What makes these books so interesting?
Check out this recent ABC Nightline piece about Cindy and her titles When the Heart Cries, When the Morning Comes, and When the Soul Mends. It’s an intriguing look at Amish culture and the time Cindy has spent with Amish friends.
And don’t forget that Cindy’s new book The Hope of Refuge hits store shelves August 11, and is available for preorder now.
I caught one of these interviews the other day which was fun to listen to after having already read her books. She quickly became one of my favorite authors and I can’t wait for her new book to come out in August.

I really enjoyed her Amish series, and I've been happy to refer many of our library moms to this author. 🙂
