These are pictures from the second prom that Amanda went to this year. She went to her friend’s house to get ready. Her friend’s mom took HUNDREDS of pictures so I could see all of the fun they were having. I had to play this weekend and didn’t really think I could ask for another weekend off to see Amanda to the prom…. of course, looking back now a month or so I’m thinking ….. no one will remember whether or not I played or if there was even any keyboard player that weekend, but I will always wish I had made time to go help her get ready for both proms not just the one where she had a “date.”
I think she must be singing out in the yard or something! Looks like they had a TON of fun getting ready.
All of the girls went shopping for red dresses.
Nice shoes!
A “guy” friend from youth group also went with them.
They went to dinner before the prom and afterwards they went back to Amanda’s friend’s house! It’s so nice when she can stay in town then I don’t have to worry about her driving on the roads alone late at night.
