OVEN BAKED BBQ RIBS

We have two favorite rib recipes each one from a different friend!  This one comes from our friends, the Lunds, who first introduced this method to us on a winter snowmobile excursion at their cabin.
First, you smother the ribs in BBQ sauce.  Sometimes I use the Sweet Baby Rays and sometimes I use the big one from Costco (insert name when I remember it!).  
Then, you bake on low – like 200 – for HOURS, even all day long if you have that much time!  After they are cooked through, you put them on the BBQ grill to brown them on each side for just a few minutes!
I’ll post a picture tomorrow after the ribs have come off from the grill.  
Super simple and very yummy!
