TWICE BAKED POTATOES

We made these VERY YUMMY Twice Backed Potatoes from Pioneer Woman for Christmas Dinner!! I’m sure they will become a family favorite because you can make them ahead of time and freeze them!
TWICE BAKED POTATOES8 Potatoes (baked and insides scooped out)
2 sticks of butter
1 cup friend bacon
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
1 cup cheddar/jack cheese
pepper
2 green onions sliced
Whole milk as neededBake potatoes at 400 for 1.25 hours. Scoop out insides after cooled. Mash and add remaining ingredients (leave out the green onion if you plan to freeze these). Add potato mixture to the skins. Top with more cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until warmed all the way through.
