How fun that the dads and now the daughters are friends. Old friends are precious!

Tim (on the left) and Ron (on the right). The Dads! They went to school together so they’ve known each other a VERY LONG TIME! We’ve gone to church together off and on the last few years, but have never really kept in close contact. Our dds, otoh, have become very close friends over the years. We think it’s so cool that one of Amanda’s friends is the dd of one of Tim’s friends from high school.
Aimee and I decided to grab a bite to eat before things got too busy. I’m in the green pants and she’s to the left in the black pants. She’s SO FUNNY! I just don’t know where the last 12 years went. Back when our daughters were in early elementary it seemed like we had FOREVER to keep in touch and get together to do things. Now, here we are at the graduation party looking back and wondering where time went and why we didn’t have more time to get together.
It’s been a LOT of fun having their dd in our home and I know Amanda has appreciated all of the times they’ve let her be a part of their family doings. We’re so thankful for their friendship even though we don’t get to spend a lot of time together.
