Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at PhotobucketYUM YUM! These are the BEST ribs. Amanda’s friend, Libby, served them at her graduation party last year. They were a BIG HIT that Amanda wanted to make some for her party this year. The recipe is very simple:

X pounds of boneless beef ribs (Our butcher took the bones off for us!)
Pour in enough Coca Cola to cover the ribs
Boil until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Drain
Serve with your favorite sauce.

This is what they look like when partially cooked. The foam is still fairly white.

Eventually the foam turns a darker color when the ribs are almost done cooking.

This looks yummy! I’ll have to try it. I just made up a big batch of ribs in the crock-pot. Can’t wait to feed this one to the family. 🙂
