This year Tim’s first year as being Santa Claus.  My dad has been playing Santa for the last 26 years beginning way back when Amanda was 6 months old for her first Christmas.  
This year my dad relinquished the role passing it on to Tim as this is now his first year as a grandpa to Charlie who is 7 months old!

It was such a cute picture of Charlie with Tim! It's a bit surreal that HE is playing grandpa now. I have a picture of both of us and it just doesn't look right. To me, it seems as though MY dad should still be the one in the Santa suit, not my husband!
