I’m sorry I don’t know the name for this appetizer. I don’t even really have the recipe. Our pastor’s wife made this yummy appetizer one day last summer when they had us over for dinner.
First. I started with a special plate! I received the CUTEST snowman serving dish from a dear friend ours who lives in NYC! Isn’t this the sweetest plate? I knew it would be just the right size and shape for this appetizer.

The first ingredient is cream cheese. I cubed it ahead of time so it would be easier for people to get off from the plate.
Next you pour Balsamic Vinegar over the top and let it marinate for several hours.
Right before serving you add green onions and canned roasted bell peppers.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Serve with crackers.
This is the YUMMIEST appetizer! I’m sure it will be one of our holiday traditions from now on.
