Last summer we had a little microburst come through on the day of Amanda’s graduation. We lost our trampoline during that storm when it was lifted up and tossed over a fence into the field next to our house. A field full of cows. Enough said. We bought another trampoline last year and this is what happened to it back in June of this summer.

Believe it or not, Tim and the boys were able to find all of the parts and they were able to put it back together again. That lasted a few weeks until another wind storm came through and trashed it. I’m not sure if we’ll replace it again. If we do we’ll have to figure out a better way of staking it to the ground or we may have to consider digging a whole so it’s partially buried in the ground. Our water table is pretty high in the summer time so I’m not sure if that would work or not.

The kids didn’t seem to miss the trampoline that much this summer after we put in the UPGROUND.
