My brother Troy decided to have a beach yoga class! This was the day we had the beach all to ourselves! Amanda said the move above is MUCH harder than it looks!

Yoga seems to be the the thing to do. There were people doing yoga before Amanda’s skydiving jump as well.

Whatever one decides to do at the beach one thing is certain – any activity is better at the beach!

Oh my…. I am laughing here. I tried to do yoga just the other day and let’s just say, it didn’t go well. 🙂 I was trying to keep up with the instructions…. “inhale, drop down, exhale, give in to gravity….” I ended up just giving in to hysterical laughter and feeling thankful that no one had been watching me!
