Wow. What a blessing your Mom is to your family. If you ever get that fajita recipe – do share. LOL I’m always looking for new chicken recipes…and have 20 more lbs of breast to cook up before we move.

Doesn’t the above look YUMMY? Sorry. I don’t have a recipe for these chicken fajitas my mom made for us. I’ve been meaning to post pictures of the meals she has made for us recently, but they are usually devoured before I have a chance to snap a picture.
My mom has been offering to make a few meals a week for us while we’ve been so busy with all the travel team tournaments, trying to regroup after coming back from vacation, Emily being sick, keeping up with school, hours upon hours of bookwork for taxes, etc.,
In the morning, I take some meat out of the freezer and drop it off at her house on my way to do whatever I’m doing that day. On my way home I stop by her house to pick up a nice home cooked meal which we sincerely appreciate.
So, we just wanted to say THANKS MOM/GRANDMA!
