The most recent book I’ve read is Shadow Government by Grant Jeffrey. I usually stay way from these types of books because most of them I’ve read in the past (the last one being at least 10 or more years ago) contained such not believable information. In this day and age, however, with things such as the UN Rights of the Child and national healthcare on the forseeable horizion,it’s much easier to see how we’re really only a few documents away from losing our nation’s individual sovereignty and the eventual adoption of a one world government. Throughout the book, the author uses scripture and already fulfilled prophecy to point out how things in place today might be used in the final days with his conclusion being a reminder to believers of the importance to urgently share the gospel with their unbelieving friends and family. I hope this book and others like it will also wake people up to the importance of joining forces with some of the grassroots movements, which have sprung up in the last few years, endeavering to keep our country from turning socialistic, giving away our sovereignty, and which are trying to put measures in place to protect our freedoms and privacy.
