ORANGE JELLO SALAD
1 – 3 oz pkg orange jello1 – 3 oz pkg tapioca pudding1 – 3 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding3 cups boiling water1 large can mandarin oranges, well drained (I double this)1 – 8 oz carton Cool WhipDissolve Jello in boiling water; add puddings and whisk until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes; cool. Add mandarin oranges and fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerator until firm.I always quadruple this recipes as the ENTIRE FAMILY loves it! There are rarely any left overs as you can see in the photo below!This recipe comes from a very old and worn out “blue church recipe book” which I’ve had since before we were married.
