CRUST: Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3/4 cup softened butter, and 1 1/2 cups flour. Press onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool.
TOPPING: Mix 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 squirt of lemon juice. Cream together and spread on top of cooled crust.
FRUIT: Arrange fruit (pineapple, kiwi, berries, mandarin oranges, peaches, etc.) over topping.
GLAZE: In a saucepan, mix 2 1/2 TBSP cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 TBSP lemon juice. Cook until thickened. Spread over fruit. Chill.
