Our first snowfall of winter 2010-2011.
Nathan:  It’s like a tornado out there.
Mom:  That would be a blizzard, honey.
Emily:  Much moaning, groaning, whining, and crying.  It’s pretty, but that’s about it.  I like the snow.  I just need a few more weeks of fall.
Nathan:  But, Emmy the snow brings the holidays.  This is like the BEST day of the entire YEAR!
It went from 62 to 32 in about 3 hours this afternoon.  They are predicting subzero temps and 6-8 inches of snow over the next couple of days!

Wow! We don't see that where I live. Sometimes I wish we lived in the mountains somewhere so we could see snow more than once every few years lol.

I find myself not ready to say goodbye to fall yet. I guess they had their first snow last week – but it seems fall like this week….still have colors.

Wow – that's quite a drop. Love Nate's comment about the snow bringing the holidays.

SUPER MOON

The Super Moon was shining so bright throughout the night last night. This morning the western sky was a beautiful rainbow of colors as the moon was disappearing over the horizon.
