RAINBOW SALAD

Recipes

Emily makes this recipe for every holiday. Each layer is very quick and easy, but the overall process is time consuming since you have to wait let each layer setup for so long inbetween before adding the next layer. This recipe is from a family friend who passed away a few years ago.

INGREDIENTS:
4 pkgs of 3 oz jello – your favorite four
4 cups boiling water
4 cups ice cream

Dissolve 1 pkg of jello in 1 cup of boiling hot water.

Add 1 cup of ice cream and stir until completely melted

Pour in bowl and refrigerate until set. Repeat layers gently pouring each new layer on top of the jelled layer.
