In the winter I usually like to sleep in awhile, but the nasty cold that’s going around our house has kept most of us from sleeping much at all. It seems like at least one or two of us are up at any given time all night long. I happened to be dozing on and off the other morning waiting for the sun to come up so I’d feel like getting started with the day. It was worth staying up to watch this sunrise! I quickly grabbed the camera and went outside so I wouldn’t miss all of the colors! This is the view out our library window.

Wow – either you’ve been busy on the blog or I’ve been unobservant…could be either, I suppose. LOL Looks good. Didn’t it used to say “It’s a jeep thing?” I am sure it did. LOL I love life is good t-shirts. I’m trying to find “write on” in BIG sizes for Jamin or me….we only find them in little girl sizes…and I think that stinks…but no one at the company responded to me. LOL

Oh – I’ve been meaning to ask – is your quote automatically updated daily or do you change it when you have a new one you like? They’ve been fun to watch.

One more – I like the music…but I already checked there and I can’t find contemporary Christian…I want “I Get on my knees” or “welcome to this heart of mine” or “Blessed be the Lord” the Mark Harris song about wings….you get the idea…I can get them on myspace but can’t switch them to here.

Then again if I add music I’d most likely take something off – thinking about the speed of loading…..

Anyway – I LOVE music on blogs and I really like what you’ve done…..maybe I can find grandma got run over be a reindeer at that site for my blog. ::snort::

My quotes are stored in an HTML random quote generator. Everytime you refresh the page the next one in que comes up. The generator I used has the ability to store 10.

I’m making some preliminary changes to my blog in preparation for an upcoming complete “overhaul” (LOL). I find mine confusing and cluttered so I’m going to get some help to get it the way I would like it. The price seems reaonable to me and then I won’t have to spend any more HOURS AND HOURS figuring out how to do this thing or that thing that I’d like to change.

The first thing I want to change is the header design and we want the focus to be LIFE IS GOOD, not a jeep thing…. unless people go way back to the very first post of our blog they wouldn’t even know where that came from and our blog has hardly anything in it’s content about jeeps… other than an occasional post here and there.

So, you’re seeing a few changes now in preparation for a big change after the first of the year.

Regarding the music, did you find it took a long time to load? I don’t mind that it takes a few seconds for the music to come on as long as it didn’t slow down the photos and other blog things and it didn’t seem to affect those things when I timed them from my end anyway.

Regarding the music. I was only looking for something Christmas. I’m not sure if I’ll have music all the time and even if I do it’ll have to be instrumental because I can read and listen to music with words at the same time (LOL).
