DEAD BATTERY

Yesterday when Josh went out to start the Yukon he came back inside to report that it wouldn’t start. Not only would it not start, it wouldn’t even turn over. … sigh… not what a busy mom wants to hear when there is less than 10 minutes to spare in our schedule. Josh got the charger out and was going to hook it up when I decided we should call Tim. Josh couldn’t believe that I would want to “bother” dad for something like this (LOL). So, I went in the house to call and make sure it was really ok for him to be attempting this and Tim said, yes indeed, he’s done this before and knew exactly what to do.

So, I grabbed the camera and went out to snap a few pictures (LOL). Josh at the Yukon started in no time and we ended up being only 5 minutes late for co-op. We didn’t have time to let it warm up much before we left so we heated Nathan’s car seat with the a hotsock and wrapped him in a blanket with another hot sock on top. He fell asleep in NO time being all snuggled in like that.

Way to go, Josh! How nice to have another person to depend on for something especially like this! I haven’t had to charge a battery in 20 years, and boy am I glad!
