2008 READING CHALLENGES:
FALL:

Photobucket
I love these blogger reading challenges because they keep me motivated to journal about the books we’re reading! I didn’t take time to officially sign up with the Mr. Linky and everything at Callapider Days because I don’t have time right now to record all of the books in my pile to read this fall, but I plan to go ahead and read/post as I have time.

SPRING:

I decided to participate in the Spring Reading Challenge. It is, again, sponsored by Katrina at Callapidder Days. Check out her blog if you’d like more information. It’s too late to register for any of her drawings, but you still have time to get in on the challenge which ends June 24th. WINTER:

PhotobucketI never did “officially” sign up for the winter challenge offered at A Joyful Heart but I’m going to go ahead and include it here since I did read some books during this time. I just didn’t have time to blog about them this winter, but now that I’m getting caught up I’ll blog about them as I have time. I really enjoyed keeping the running list in 2007 and I plan to do the same this year.

GILGAMESH TRILOGY

The last time we studied the Ancients (4 years ago), I borrowed this Gilgamesh Trilogy from someone.  As I was preparing our materials for this year, I remembered that I had planned to purchase this set for our own library the next time we study the Ancients. This summer I …
