I’ll be trying that one! Except ,we don’t have whole canned cranberries here so I’ll have to use cranberry jelly, I think.
The ladies on my SHS loop were discussing their favorite summer dinners the other day. I didn’t have time to post it to the loop, but I’ll post a note for them to all come check out my recipe here. I served this at our worship team dinner the other night. I like it because it is “quick and easy.” We served it with baked potato chips and grapes! YUM!
SUMMER WRAP8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup canned whole cranberries
Wrap of choice (Garden herb in the photograph)
Turkey
Lettuce
Tomato
CheeseCream Cheese Spread: Mix 8 oz of cream cheese with 1/2 cup canned whole cranberries. Spread cream cheese/cranberry mixture over wrap. Layer lettuce, tomato, turkey, cheese (and any other toppings of choice). Roll the wrap and slice in 1/2.
