Thanks for the recipe, Cynthia! We LOVE Red Lobster's cheese biscuits!
These cheese biscuits are very similar to the ones served at Red Lobster! YUM YUM! I don’t know where I found the oroginal which I’ve since changed several times over the years. Here’s my version:
CHEESE BISCUITS:2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseMix bisquick and milk. Add cheese. Bake at 450 until golden brown on top (10 minutes?)
GARLIC SPREAD:1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dried parsley (I crush these to a pretty fine texture)Mix together and spread over hot biscuits.
Addendum: I double or triple all the seasonings except the salt which I don’t use at all
