ARTICHOKE CROSTINI1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, drained and chopped
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 t. garlic salt (or pressed garlic cloves instead)
1/2 t. onion salt
1 loaf of French Baguette breadCombine all the ingredients and mix well. Slice bread and place on baking sheet. Drop mixture on top of bread. Bake @425 for about 10 minutes or until hot.
Alternately you can just bake the dip in a dish and serve it that way – saves time! Hope it turns out for you! The recipe says 15-20 servings.
